As parents trying to raise a strong empowered daughter we realized the majority of items were pink and “princess”. Our daughter is into ninjas, monster, and more limiting her to the boys clothing section. I wanted to make a change and offer items for boys and girls alike.
I mentioned we should make a clothing company for young women with fun color options and positive affirmations for young women. A long time friend approached me about starting a business together and I said “I have an idea!”
Gabba & Pengui are the names of my daughters favorite stuffed animals. Gabba a puppy and Pengui a penguin. We chose this name to help ground us and keep a fun spirited approach to the clothing company. We offer fun designs for all people, in a variety of different color options.
Many of the designs are taken from drawings or artwork my daughter has made.
